Citylife is working with Tomorrow's People, a charity that helps break the cycle of unemployment so that people can take positive control of their lives and build a brighter future.
In 2009 Tomorrow's People celebrated 25 years of supporting those who are long-term unemployed back into work. Since 1984 it has helped to change the lives of over 40,000 people across the UK. Now, in difficult economic times, its work is as important as ever.
To ensure its continued success, Citylife is looking to offer a series of Bonds on behalf of Tomorrow's People. The money raised by the Bonds will be used to support Working it Out, a pioneering programme which helps socially‐excluded young people to move into work or training, or back into education, by improving their life‐management skills, confidence and motivation, alongside practical work experience.
Series One
The Tomorrow’s People Employment Bond for Young People (Series one) is the first Bond of the series with a short offer period to raise initial funds. The Bond opened on 22 January.
